ENGINEERING ASSISTANT - (MALE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in overseeing daily production and maintenance activities.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
- Help implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the Plant Engineer on process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and production activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Prior experience in manufacturing or maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge on SAP is an added advantage.
- Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic and ability to work with minimum guidance.
- Be a good team player.
