Position and Company
Position: Legal Officer.

Locations: Colombo / Galle.
Role Summary: Support corporate and legal operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Must be an Attorney-at-Law.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' post qualification experience in legal practice or corporate legal work.
Added Advantage: Experience in company secretarial work, drafting agreements, and notarial work.
License: Must hold a valid Notary License (preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and drafting skills in English - both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
