The Role
At Phoenix Industries, we've built a legacy of trust and innovation across Sri Lanka. Now, we're looking for a driven and energetic Brand Executive to join our marketing team and help us take our brands to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong consumer connections. You'll get the opportunity to work across diverse product categories, campaigns, and projects while growing your career in brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Support brand managers in planning and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and distributors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct market research to analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
Manage day-to-day brand operations including promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to track results and ROI.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields (internship experience will also be considered).
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and execute fast.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing will be an added advantage.
